I have been struggling a lot with my body in the past. As I get older I have understood how Important is to take care of My Body. And I have seen how effective are Healthy Eating habits for my outer look and well being!
From end of 2010 I got myself together and decided to change my habits to be a better me. It was life changing decision for me. In start of 2011 I stopped eating Wheat, Animal meat, some of the Dairy products and I also said no to Alcohol( Lets be honest, I used to be a crazy party girl!). These changes were a really Great start of my journey! I started to be really interested about Cooking and getting Creative in the kitchen. April 2012 I removed everything else coming from Animals! That means that Recipes since then are Dairy-, Egg-, Poultry-Free. Also I have been learning a lot about Raw Foodism and I try to keep 70-80% of my diet Raw. That may sound as I have become Vegan, but no. From time to time I still enjoy some Seafood, Sea Vegetables and I am truly fascinated about Seafood culinary cooking. Also I am certified cooking Thai.
Recipes what You will find in my Blog are Low on Sugar, Fat, Calories, Wheat-, Egg-, Dairy- and Meat-Free.
Through my experiences I have been doing a lot of studing about Nutrition and I pay a lot of attention on my nutrients intake, to get all necessary Minerals, Vitamins and Natural Fats my Body need daily.
Healthy Body dosnt only mean Healthy Eating habits, but also needs to move. I Love to workout (Yoga, Power Walk, Swimming, Fitness and so on!)
